  A friend brought me to D when I was 18 to fix a tattoo I'd gotten from another "artist" and I left with far and away better work than when I came in. You can find me in his book of scratches/coverups. I returned a few years later to see D, specifically, for a tattoo I wanted done right the first time and was not disappointed; 8 years & counting it still looks great. Speaking as a teenager/young woman I can say I always felt totally at ease, and I would never take the word of someone who doesn't even know the guy- professionally or otherwise- who's on some self-righteous smear crusade. D's a professional, talented artist with a spotlessly clean shop; I highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
