  I completed the training program here and almost 40 hours of work, I decided the business and the co workers were not for me so I resigned, upon resigning they refused to pay me for my work done. If you like inconsistent work hours from anywhere from 9 AM to as late as 12AM then you'll have fun. The pay is weak but they claim as long as you're a good salesmen you can earn more. The best sales man in the world has trouble convincing the average joe to spend $2,400 on their Kirby vacuum cleaners. Also they reatail at $2,400 but they sell them all the time at $1,200 after convincing customers they're getting a special discount. Don't work here, don't buy from here. This is a toxic work environment and a toxic retail environment and this corporation will scam you no matter if you're a customer or employee.
