  Very clean. I've had a tattoo and piercing done here. They do very nice work. I always recommend them first. Staff is very friendly.

  I got my tattoo in November but they were super friendly. & did an amazing job. I'll definitely be going there from now on

  Jess has done my piercings and stretching on my ear lobes for over a year now and is the only person I would trust with my bodies art. An AMAZINGLY clean, friendly, and peaceful environment. Looking forward to getting my new tattoo with Eric this Tuesday. I chose this place to complete a tatt because of their excellent customer service.

  I've had work done by both, Eric and Jesse. Jesse did the watercolor floral tattoo on my arm and shoulder (the one Eric did is solid black and small) and I really couldn't be happier. Great work, great environment, down to earth guy!! Clean area, everything explained, affordable and the tatt is healing nicely!! I highly recommend Evolved ArtForms!!!!
