  After rushing my family to find a new place to live, Ms. Zamarron produced exactly zero prospective buyers. All the assurances of "thinking positive" produced less viewings in 100 days than I got in one week with a different agent. The only response to my questions of why my home isn't showing was tales about "lazy agents" in the area. Perhaps she should look at the shoddy work (cell phone pictures only) and very poor service (having us do the open houses because she was too booked to sell my house). Don't walk away, run and never look in her firms direction as others in her employ were incompetent as best and a huge waste of time and efforts as worse.
