  Staff - A good tip for living here is to just be completely transparent with the office staff, and come into the office if something is wrong - they're more than willing to work with you, but handling things over the phone is annoying... they helped my friend out of a bad living situation most complexes wouldn't bat an eye at, and we decided to resign with them!
  Maintenance - The maintenance staff is efficient and friendly, I've been told one of the maintenance members lives in the complex and he gave me a bunch of good maintenance tips for getting the best use out of our heat/dishwasher.
  Quality - It's a mostly student apartment complex, you get what you pay for. They're in the process of updating apartments, so that's nice!
  It's a large complex with many tenants, so take responsibility upon yourself to do thorough move-in checks and keep records. In my experience if you're a good tenant, they are good to you.
