  We have always enjoyed our stays at the Soaring Eagle Water Park, however, the last two times we have had some issues. First being, finding pieces of glass in hotel pool ......brought pieces to attention of staff and they stated that they would follow up on it. Never got any follow up call or response. Second stay there was a couple having sex (sounds and all) in the hot tub right next to the hotel pool....where there were other people including my 9 yr old grandson...again, left the area and brought this to employees attention by filling out a card. I guess what I would suggest is that there should be more workers looking out for ALL guests!! Thank you for asking my opinion....and with that being said all staff and workers are great!
